My friend Kelly asked me if ruby earrings or a trip to Amsterdam were equal in birthday pleasantry. WHAT?? Kell-bone, if you ask me, the trip to Amsterdam is by far the best choice, given one. But then again, your friends can whoo a set of earrings but not necessarily your collection of pictures of pseudo-Cheech and Chong and whatever else Amsterdam is known for.
